This is what happens when you don't update the archives "right-after" a gig... you forget anything and everything about that gig.

So in the name of forgetfulness, I will recall that there were 4,000 people there that night and a line out the door 3/4-mile long. We played an entire set of [insert your favorite band name here] and they were giving out free shots to anyone born in a month with more than 3 letters in it.

This was/is the last gig before taking all of July off... so see you soon.

Our 2010 debut at The Burren was just as magical as ever. All of you out there singing loud & proud as usual. Everyone seemed to dig one of our recent addition to the set: Africa by Toto.

Another fun one. What more is there to say about Rocka's...? It started a little light, but then progressed to the "full dance floor" that it always does. Good times.

We had a packed-house here. Great crowd, great energy... not a single parking space open. Thanks for partying hard with us.

While technically, we took all of April "off"... we snuck the 30th in because it was the Friday just before the 1st of May. A little light for a Friday night at Rocka's, but still had a packed dance floor by the end of the night.

We're back again next week.

It was unfortunate that Jay was feeling under-the-weather and unable to sing much, but it was still a great night. Great crowd turnout and great energy. Glad to see all the usual suspects out in full force in Woburn.

Joe and I had the same dinner - some sort of crab-crusted baked haddock over garlic mashed with some sort of creamy wine reduction sauce thingy... holy mother of all cullinary delights, that was good! I mean, the gig was great too, but that meal... MMmmmmm...

Again, first night back at Palmer's this season. A crap-load of rain... MAN, that drive home was miserable... but the people were great. Good crowd. Hopefully the last night of having a sick drummer. :o)

Man, it's been a while since we graced the floors of Finz. It's still a great place. Aside from the ongoing illness of the drummer (me), it was still a great night. It's good to be back.

Night #2 of our 2010 kick-off weekend. There was a good crowd at The Claddagh and Dave did his usual magic on sound. The cold was even worse, providing some amusing vocals throughout the night, but overall, another great night.

We ended the 2009 season on the 5th of December at Rockafella's.

We began the 2010 season on the 5th of March again at Rockafella's.

Great night! We tested a handful of new tunes and delivered them to another packed house. Special thanks to J&D for stopping by for the night. I (Scott, the drummah) was in the throws of a cold and luckilly, the other 2/3rds of the band held the fort tight.

Overall, a GREAT start to the new season - illness aside.

The night looked like it was going to be a dismal, lonely end to our season. Snow in the forecast, maybe 5 or 6 tables were taken, waitstaff just standing around... it looked like it was going to be a "dud" of a night.

Not true...!

I don't know WHERE everyone came from, but Rocka's filled-up VERY nicely as the evening went on. All the way to a packed crowd by the last set.

In addition, we had the pleasure of bringing-up John Aruda (sax) for a few tunes as well as "Ed" (sorry, don't remember your last name) on trombone. A great end to the night AND our 2009 season. What looked to be a dismal night turned-out to be a lot of fun.

There's only one night that's MORE off-the-hook than the night before Halloween in Salem... and that's (obviously) Halloween night. We opted to stay-clear of the ACTUAL night and I'll tell ya... it was STILL pretty nuts. A line down the block to get in, a packed dance floor, some great costumes.

It really *IS* Salem's New Year's Eve.

Great crowd, great costumes... a good night was had by all.

A packed house...! Finally! :o) The Claddagh was rockin' and I think we gained some new ACME fans as well. Shame it's our last show of the '09 season there.

"The Chill" has returned to the New England air. As usual, Palmer's doesn't disappoint in delivering some very interesting things to watch from the band's perspective. :o)

It was another great night and the second evening of attempting the a-capella intro to the third set. What song you may ask...? Well... you'll just have to come out and see.

A much better turnout than expected. We had a great crowd in the Woo-Town tonight. Some Hotties™ & Hooligans™ were there, some friends, some family... it was a great night overall.

Remeber... if you like what you hear and want to see us return to a particular venue... by all means, TELL the venue that you want to see the band there again.

It was our absolute honor to perform for this very personal cause. We've been told that the day was a great success despite the dismal weather and the last-minute venue change caused by the weather. For a "first-attempt"... Dave & Kathy knocked this out of the park.

I'm not even sure what to say anymore about The Burren that hasn't been said. Great crowd! Great energy! Once-again, in mid-song, Jay stopped singing because the crowd was singing louder than WE were. You stole the show, Somerville!

It was great to FIANLLY be back at Rockafella's and see some of the Hotties & Hooligans again. Overall it was a great night - at least from what I (Scott, the drummer) remember of it.

You'll have to forgive me due to the cold meds and the fever that seemed to 'spike' in the middle of the gig. I promise to smile more next time. Heheheh...

We were called-in last minute to fill-in ath The Skellig—sister club to The Burren in SOmerville.

Overall, a pretty decent place. We had a good time playing to a very 'light' crowd. It has good potential to be an ACME room. We'll see how it goes.

Well... after a long winter hiatus, it really feels good to ba back out there hosing you all down with our musical sauce.

This was our farewell show for the 2008 NorthShore Tour and it was great. The snow held-off until we got this show done. You showed-up... you rocked hard... you sang loud & proud with us... we got it done. What a fitting ending to this season.

We had our annual show here and it was a blast as-always. It's tough to focus on playing the music when you're in total anticipation of the upcoming cullinary feast to be laid before you - but we did it. :) Thanks to the fans, friends & family that hung-out with us for the evening. It was unseasonably and surprisingly warm & humid for November... I think a couple of us sweat-off about 2 gallons up there - but worth every drop. We have only ONE GIG LEFT there until the 2009 Tour begins next spring.

It has been QUITE some-time since we've been back to Finz - ever since they stopped live music. They had us back tonight to perform and it was such a treat. The staff was great as usual and the crowd was more than we could ask for. Dancing & singing all night. We really do miss playing there.

GOOD NEWS! We're back there one-more-time this season. Thanksgiving Eve. Make your plans now and we hope to see you there.

Thanks Rocka's for choosing ACME Music Trio to be your choice of entertainment for what was your biggest party of the year...!!! We keep mentioning how "nuts" Salem, MA can be in October and this Halloween Party helped prove it. Great costumes, great crowd, great energy...

Good, ol' Salisbury Beach. Brought back memories of when I was really young and going there during the summer... the old Ferris Wheel, the (now-gone) old boardwalk, all the rides, arcades, bright lights... it'd been a while. Surf Side 5 had a light crowd, but those that WERE there were really digging what we do.

Nothing beats a little fresh sea air, some Fried Dough, a heap of fried clams, a couple of games of ROBOTRON and a night of AMT music... Catch you soon.

Never a bad night at the Burren. Had a great crowd all-night. Not sure who "the dancer" was in front of the stage, but man - as Jay said: "Hypnotic, isn't it...? I can't look away...!"

And to the concerned young ladies in front that kept pointing and staring at the blood pouring from my knee (the drummer), it looked much worse that it was. It's what happens when you bash you're knee while setting-up and you're sweating at the same time. It really wasn't that bad - but thanks for your looks of concern - (And honestly, I had no idea I was bleeding until you all were pointing at it)

We can't wait to be back there again and tear the roof off.

FINALLY! A break from all the rain and thunderstorms...! It was a really cool, mild evening and the HOTTIES were there in full-force. Okay... as pointed-out by a few of the Hotties: "Ummm... Hooligans... you're slacking a bit...!". If we were keeping score, the Hotties are now WAY-Ahead of the hooligans as far as attendance numbers and frequency is concerned.

So boys... what are we gonna DO about it... eh? The Hotties are throwin'-down the challenge...!

This place is starting to become a nice home-away-from-home. Another great night. Sure, there were torrential downpours and gusty winds at the beginning of the night, but that didn't stop Palmer's from filling-up and cheering us on.

We pulled-out a LOT of "new" material and some revived "oldies-but-goodies" and sprinkled them throughout the night... people seemed to dig the tunes so... in the rotation they stay!

Right on the heels of our Arena-Sized performance.. was one of our favorite quaint venues.

Tonight was a real good balance of factors. Not too crowded, the people were genuinely interested and VERY appreciative of our "selfish" material - you know; the songs "WE" like to play. We got to play a really diverse bag of tracks that made us feel great and the crowd seemed to share the sentiment.

Not only did we pull-out some oldies... but we introduced (I think) 4-5 NEW songs to our list. Some Beck, some INXS, some Red Hot Chili Peppers, some Smashmouth even a new Dave Matthews tune.

Look for more new tunes to come...!!!

The first of two back-to-back gigs today.
We performed on an outdoor stage located on the grounds of Reading High School. Beautiful day. Sunny skies, lots of vendors and attendees, full-blown carnival, professional SimonSez caller...

A little hot but overall I think we fared very well in this first-half of a marathon day.

Right after the last note... time to pack-up and move on to... ^ ^ ^

Rain, rain go away. It was a little humid but boy, the crowd didn't seem to care. The dance floor packed-up pretty quickly and didn't let-up.

Observation: Isn't it funny how 'some' people are oblivious to the fact that what musicians do requires at least SOME form of concentration...? It always amazes me when people will come-up in the middle of a song and just start talking to Jay or Joe... while they are playing... AND singing... as if what they have to say or ask is so important that it must require us to stop what we're doing and engage them in conversation.

I just find it humorous sometimes.

We had a great time playing some long-forgotten gems tonight. I'm gonna miss nights like this.

Wait, what's that...? Why are we going to miss it...?

ACME has decided to stop booking at Tequilla's. We love the staff there, everyone is nice - but it doesn't seem to be a good fit for us, so we've decided to cancel our upcoming shows and free-up our schedule. We still encourage you to frequent the club - they're all great over there and there's absolutely no hard feelings at all. They understood our position and are fine with the decision. It's a happy love-fest.

This is a true rarity, folks. Our beloved Joe was beyond sick this weekend. He *NEVER* cancels gigs, even when sick - so it goes to demonstrate HOW bad he was. I have heard from him and he's doing better as of Sunday, but still recovering. Send him your best.

We are TRULY sorry to those who made the trek out to see us only to find we weren't going to play. We'll make it up to you somehow. See you soon.

A great time was had by all at this surprise birthday. VERY Special Thanks to alumni Frank McCarthy for sitting-in for a few tunes and tearing the joint up. Always good to hear him play.

Pleasantly surprised at the turnout. Standing-room-only, but there seemed to be a contingent of "younger folk" that we're not as accustomed to seeing there. Very Nice!!! Special thanks to some former Bose co-workers for coming down to check-out a couple of sets.

Unfortunately, since ACME Music Trio does not have our own dental plan, we would love to request that if you're on the dance floor "shakin' your groove thang"... please be mindful of microphone stands that when bumped "MAY" drive a metal microphone into the teeth of a potential vocalist. It hurts. :)

First time at this establishment and it was a really fun night. Thanks to Dave running sound for us—making us sound like rock stars. Thanks also to Rich, Frank and the many others that came out to see the show and hang for the evening. This seems like the start of a good relationship. Hope to be back soon.

Yep. It's official. Bbbbbrbrbrbrbrrrrrrr... it's cold outside. And yet that never stops the crowd at Rocka's. Favorite moments of the night: Orspit from Jay, Joevoidance-factor twelve, Para-Giggles, StageFright, Dancehole, Lyrepsy... Joe wrapping a pack of strings frantically: "I know it's not much, but I got ya something..." - so many classics.

What more can we say about The Burren that hasn't been said before?. It never disappoints us. It was the first real "cold" load-in of the season, but it really heated-up inside. A great night overall. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Well - although the insanity of Halloween has died-down, it was still a decent night at Rocka's... a lot of the "usual suspects" showing up and a few familiar faces we haven't seen in a while - including Rob & Erin - nice seeing you both.

I must admit that I really enjoyed playing the deep-cuts in the first set and staying non-danceable for a bit, even though people still danced. :) See you next time.

And so starts another Halloween season in beautiful Salem MA...!!! WOW! The streets were PACKED with tourists and costume-clad locals, and it's only week #1 in October. Yikes. :) We're back there on the 20th and I can only imagine how insane it's gonna be there.

Great time tonight. Dance floor was packed from the 1st-set until last-call. Insane line out the door to get in. Hot, sweaty babes dancin' it up - Thanks for all the feedback we've been getting regarding our new "sound". We really appreciate your comments.

As usual, this place NEVER disappoints!!! The place was packed, our now-dialed-in PA was sounding better than ever, The crowd's ability to sing LOUDER than the PA was astounding. Thank you for making us feel like rock-stars. You never seem to let us down there.

And could the damn drummer take-up any MORE room on the stage...? Sheesh!!!

HAPPY LONG WEEKEND!!!
Both nights turned-out great. Lots of dancing, lots of singing, lots of sweating. We pulled a two-nighter this weekend (as we have for the past few years @ Rockafella's this very same weekend) and as usual, the crowd did not disappoint us.

For those following the gear drama: The new PA is really shaping-up nicely. Between Joe's new amp, new acoustic guitar, new pedalboard setup, Jay's fairly recent amp purchase, very recent bass purchase, the new PA head, crossover, dynamcs processor, gates, powered sub, Scott switching back to the "Red Sparkly" kit with internal mic's, mic'ing the drums, resampling some samples to stereo, running the PA in stereo... put it all together and it seems to be benefitting us nicely. We've been hearing great positive feedback so far and we've still not got the system fully wired-in and flushed-out yet.

Our secong-appearance at Tequilla's and it was another fun one. We shared the bill with Beatle Juice on the other side of the club... and they were phenomenal as usual. We had a great turnout and pulled-out a few older tunes we haven't done in a while.

Due to a mis-worded contract... we were scheduled to end the night rather early, but I think they'll have it worked-out for next time. Hope to see you all back there again!

Hello Hotties & Hooligans. Tonight, we introduced a new member to AMT - and that member is a sweet sweet Taylor Acoustic guitar. Yep, Joe has a new axe now too. She looks beautiful and sounds even better.

We weren't sure WHAT to expect. It's been two years since we've played here and we were pretty-sure we'd "outgrown" this place: physical size, volume and music choice...

But no... it was actually a great night.

Yes, it's still a little cramped in there but we downsized a little to squeeze-in. The PA was sounding great, the crowd was into it (and into that long Sox game... 12 innings...?) and a LOT of fun was had. It was a great night overall and I'm glad we're back there.

Inside humor: Physics... for poets, floor-raising, still a new bass, Packers vs. Steelers... CATCH IT!!!

It's good to be back!!!

We had all our new gear - Jay's new bass, Joe's new amp, his new pedal-board setup, Scott's new drum mic's, new type of drumheads, our new PA head, new powered sub-woofer, new way of running the main speakers crossed-over, first-time running the drums into the mix... there was a LOT of "new" things about tonight. Luckilly, it all worked-out very well for an initial run.

The crowd "vibe" started-off a little weird, but ultimately came-around by the last set. Great to see the Hotties™ and Hooligans™ back on the job! :)

ACME was pleased to have our good friend Frank McCarthy sitting-in on the drums for this event. Congratulations Rob and best wishes to you both. It was a great time!

You also may have noticed Jay's new incredible peice of wood known as a Fretless Fender Jazz Deluxe Bass. It looked great and sounded even better.

Not too shabby! I kinda like Tequillas. We were on the "bar/dinner"-side of the establishment and I think it's a pretty-good fit for us. Waitstaff was really nice (Thanks to Tara for taking-care of us most of the night). I think there's potential to make Tequilas a "staple" room for us.

And again - the fans rule the show...! We pulled-out some Scisor Sisters that we haven't played in... what... almost a year...? We had fun taking liberties with arrangements and dynamics. It was a pretty-good night.

Another night at Focaccia's. Again... can you beat it...? Great food, mellow hang, close-by for all of us. We like having a room like this on-the-books for us. It was good to see some friends drop-in, and some Bose people showing-up too!

Joe's ability to rock-out hard on the acoustic meant the relentless fury he unleashed on his strings... brreaking as many as 3 (yes, THREE) in one night. Rock-ON Brutha!!!

Congratualtions to all the Hotties & Hooligans that graduated from your respective scholastic institutions this weekend. You guys REALLY had the party-thang happening. Sorry we missed the "after-party".

Once again, we were fully expecting a mellow Sunday night on a long holiday weekend. Nope! :)

You and the rest of the Rockafella's crowd stepped-it-up quite a bit. Thanks! I hope the path to your sobering-up was not filled with the joys the hangovers bring. We hope to see y'all soon.

I must admit - we were pleasantly surprised by the final turn-out of the evening. It initially appeared that the long, holiday weekend was going to provide us with a small, mellow crowd. Not true.

Wow! You "brought it"...! By the end of the first set, it was the typical "packed-house" we're used to seeing there. Even without our faithful core "fans", it was a great and enthusiastic crowd - willing to sing-along with (even LOUDER than) us for the evening.

Thanks for making this so much fun for us.

Okay... it's 1:05am on Saturday morning... just got in from the gig and The Breakfast Club is on USA Network as I type this. "Could you DESCRIBE the ruckus, sir...?"

Anyhow... yet another wonderful night. Great location, great people, great food... it was good having our old-pal Ben Hillman on the gig with us. Me too tired to type more. Me need sleep. Me go to bed now. Bye!

Well, after some time-off during the wintery-months, we're back at it...! There were a few tunes we decided to "revisit" that went over great. Do I even need to SAY our appreciation for the HOTTIE / HOOLIGAN crowd for their faithful support...?

We'd also like to thank Free Bird guy and Allman Brothers girl for showing-up and making the night complete. :) What would we EVR do without them...? (sarcasm) Kudos to Jay for a new State Record in A-string changing in mid-song.

My favorite interaction of the night goes to the drunken meat-stick who approached me after a set in this manner:
"Hey, man... you guys are fucking AWE-some...!!! you ROCK..."
(begins a flurry of obscure handshakes that looks like we're slap-fighting)...
"... that set ROCKED... do you guys play 'You Shook me All Night Long"...? That song fucking rules...!"
Me: "No, sorry man...!"
Him: "What the fuck? no AC/DC...? You guys suck..." [ walks away ]

Priceless. :)

What can we say...? It's always a fun night at Rockafella's...! Special thanks to friends of Scott's for showing-up, including Phil & Lori, Wayne & Melissa, Gary & Karen... also Matt from Bose and his entire crew... Rob & "Betty" from LR.c and of course all the regular fans, Hooligans & Hotties that made it out.

First of all... many thanks to the various people that came-out to see us! Rob & Thy, Joe M. and his wife from PMC, All the BOSE coworkers and their friends (that was a full table) Norm, Stan, Corrinne... Joe's old high school friends, family members... and of course... all the ACME Hotties™ and Hooligans™ that dropped-in. What was going to be a mellow, low-key hang... got dialed-up a couple of notches to accommodate a slightly more upbeat crowd. On that note...

I'd like to take a moment to apologize to our ACME Hotties and Hooligans that were errantly removed from the establishment. Apparently, there were some people (in their 20s) that were causing issues with the place and the management is not informed as to which 20-somethings are our REAL fans (not troublemakers) and who is just a random customer.

Unfortunately, the friends of said person weren't happy about it either and were asked to leave... BUT, the management at that point decides to shut-off "all" of the 20-somethings (not knowing who is who). I do not fault them for that. They are just doing their job and trying to keep the place in order. It is unfortunate that some of you were "shut-off" or asked to leave prematurely.

Let's not let the actions of one or two knuckleheads spoil the great time we have together. The management now knows it wasn't "our" group of friends specifically that caused the problems.

Asside from all of that... we still had fun up there playing. Joe singing his little heart-out... bless his soul [ insert puppydog eyes ]. And I had no idea that was your dad... sorry Mat...! :)

Well... we made it through. The Burren was hosting a night of Irish Comedy before we were to hit the stage. The performers were great! Unfortunately, we needed to "scramble" to get the PA re-setup, reconfigured and dialed-in before we could hit it. We can only hope it sounded much better out-front than it did on-stage.

I know that normally we sound twice as good and the house is usually packed, but we still gave it the 110% Rock Star Effort we always do. Joe even broke a total of 3 (yes, three) strings due to his sheer "Rock-osity"...! Thanks for hanging with us and we'll see you soon!

Been almost a month since we've rocked-it at Rockafellas and it was good to be back. Really good crowd. You may or may not have noticed some new tunes we've thrown into the mix; "She Said She Said" by the Beatles, "Mayor of Simpleton" by XTC, "Girl Like You" by the Smithereens, "Closer to the Heart" by Rush, "I Will Survive" where we do it closer to the version the band Cake did...

We'll have more new tunes coming-at-you very soon. Feel free to emails specific requests you may have. If we feel it fits our style, we'll give it serious consideration.

Gave-out quite a few more shirts. Need I repeat the undying thanks we have for our rabid H&H crowd...? Your enthusiasm and energy is unmatched - and Joe promises to give each of you piggy-back rides around the parking lot of the next gig. (Either that, or he'll just say "thanks" on the mic)

I (Scott) barely remember this gig due to cold/flu/sickness thingy... but I do remember it was fun. Lotta dancin', lotta good food, I vaguely remember Jay getting me a cookie that tasted awesome. Other than that - it's a blur. :o)

WOW! The Hooligans™ & Hotties™ were out in almost full-force. We told you we'd take care of you! You wanted Hootie...? You got Hootie...!!! You wanted T-Shirts...?

We finally introduced the band's new t-shirts - two styles - One for HOOLIGANS and one for HOTTIES and they moved like hotcakes. This is our last "public" gig before Christmas & New Year's... so we hope you had a blast and we'll see you on the next page of the calendar.

What more can we say...? Nice location in down-town Boston... Happy co-workers drinking and dancing it up... We've played many gigs, but this was definately one of them. ;)

We were invited back to Finz for a wonderful Thanksgiving-Eve performance and the crowd was incredible. Who knew that the night before turkey-day would be that busy...? I hope they get the "permission-thing" worked-out because we love playing there and hope to be back soon.

Wow! Even with all the technical snafus, absence of sound-guy and gear malfunctions, we still had a blast. Yeah - we now realize that nobody in the crowd could hear the triggered samples through most of the night. :o)

Anyhow, we missed not having the Hooligans™ and Hotties™ around, but the built-in crowd filled-in pretty well. Couple new tunes... saw some new faces in the crowd. Again - even with all the "issues" that plagued us all-night, we still had a blast. Thanks for spending the night with us.

Good times! Lotsa familiar faces from Reading. The venue was The Woburn Country club and let us tell you, THEY HAVE GOOD FOOD! 2 words: Lobster Ravioli. Anyhoo, they were a great crowd and we had some special guests come up to sing some songs. The most impressive being brother/sister twins doing an acoustic duet of "God Only Knows" by The Beach Boys. It was great. We wish the new bride and groom the best and thank them for having us be a part of their special day! Cheers!

Good seeing the Hooligans & Hotties as usual, but also the Salem Hospital crowd that stopped-by and stayed, a few other friends showed-up unexpectedly and that was nice to see.

Great vibe, great dancing... felt like we hadn't played in months and it was good to rock it all out.

We had a blast this weekend in Vermont. Nice drive, great people, relaxing, wonderful wedding, incredible weather. Thanks for having us up there and best of luck to you. It may have gotten chilly outside, but man... it was smokin' indoors this past Friday. Many, many thanks to the die-hard Hooligans & Hotties that keep appearing and keeping the party going until last call. Yet-again... a packed dance floor and lots of people singing.

Thanks to our one and only Joe for being a trooper and rockin'-out the last couple of tunes on 5-string guitar. 17% fewer strings... 110% rocking power! See you all soon...!!!

Just getting home here at 2:30 a.m. and want to send-out a special thanks to our rabid Hooligan™ and Hottie™ fans tonight. You are truly a catalyst to get the whole crowd going. The crowd response was truly unbelievable and yet-again, we're amazed at how LOUD they (you) can sing when they (you) want to!!!

Saturday night took us by surprise...!!! The ACME Hooligans™ were there, the ACME Hotties™ were there, the place was slammed & jammin'...! Nice to see the place packed and everyone singing. We really enjoy seeing you out there.

Sunday was a bit different (as expected)... not as many people around, but hey... it IS a Sunday and raining. We still got a good crowd on the floor, but the odd-vibe loomed overhead most of the night. Of course, by the end of the night, everyone was on the dance floor, so it's all good.

This was really the "test-drive" for the new sampling pad (for me; Scott) and I *think* it's working-out quite nicely. Thanks to Johnathan (and his wife) for last-minute help to take the helm of The Burren's sound system for the evening. Loved the crowd enthusiasm and eagerness to sing-along with us. As always... the Hooligans were represented and I promise to get some shirts designed soon! All the tunes *revised* to utilize the samples are starting to sound really good.

Rest assured, we're all-about live performance. The sounds you hear me triggering are played live. No loops. No sequencing. No pre-tracked vocals... we do it all live. We are committed to 100% musical purity... and obscure comedy.

Well... you got to see a few new things... a *different* setup of the sparkly, red drums but also, the newest addition to my gear: A Sampling/Percussion pad (Roland™ SPD-s for all you gearheads out there). Adds a little extra sweetness to the already decadent sound we've been crafting.

Some new and refreshed tunes we pulled-out: Karma Police, Calling All Angels, Drive (Incubus)... and quite a few more. It was good to see some familiar faces out there too! Thanks for coming!

Yes, yes... and YES! Another fun one in Salem! You got to see the new "sparkly" drum color, we pulled-out 5 (yes, FIVE) never-before played tunes, there were birthdays, bachelorettes, hooligans galore... and QUITE a few hotties dancing around. We were even graced by a visit from former AMT drummer Frank McCarthy...!

Another fun night at a great club. Loved pulling-out some "never played before" tunes as requests for people. Hopefully, most of you didn't notice the absence of bass-drum half-way through the second set when the pedal broke and ceased working. The remaining songs sounded kind-of "tribal". Luckilly, we all got together and McGuiver'ed it back to temporary working status for the last set! See you again there real soon!

Like a glove. We love slipping into Finz for a night of laid-back music and fun. Good to see some of the regulars there - lots of requests.

It's always great to spend a night here with the regular crowd and to see the Hooligans again. The night flew-by! Before we knew it, it was last-call!!! We crammed-in so many requests and mixed it up enough that it just felt like we blinked and it was over.

Well... it's official. We've dubbed our newest group of rabid fans as the ACME Music Hooligans! You know who you are! It was great to have you all out at the gig, dancing, singing, cheering, chanting. It was a warm and moist evening, but the place was packed and crowd was dancing. What more could you ask for? It was fun trying-out some new stuff; Scissor Sisters, Rush, Peter Gabriel... we've got a lot more in-store in the coming months, so stay-tuned!

Did someone order more rain? Great time tonight!!! A few familiar faces, and some we haven't seen in a while. It felt good to shake the cobwebs off this weekend after a short time off. Ah, yes... the joy of airline travel. After numerous layover delays, I got to the gig about 5-minutes after we were supposed to start... BUT... what a crowd that was there. A very Happy Birthday to Kevin, the owner, it was a great time and thanks to all the AMT fans that were there singing, dancing and "chanting" 'till the very end. See you again soon!

Played a great place in Somerville known as Sally O'Brien's for a private party. The owners and staff are very nice and of course the client and guests were fantastic. It turns-out Jay & Joe knew a LOT of the people and had a great time catching-up with most of them.

A great time during this surprise birthday! The guest of honor was pleased as were the friends and family. Yet again, the magic of ACME takes over. You want ABBA...? You got ABBA! We're here to please. Thank you for the wonderful compliments.

We're honored that Finz chose ACME Music Trio to be their entertainment for their celebration of their 5th Anniversay...!!! Not only was the turnout great, but it was a Wednesday night to boot! It was good to see some familiar faces in the crowd. Good times... good times...

This was a great night. Rockafellas was filming for a t.v. spot to be aired on NESN during Friday night Red Sox games and ACME performed a few tunes on-camera. We'll see if we make it to any of the final edit of the commercial, but either way, cannot wait to see their spot during a Sox game some time. Congrats to them!

Aside from that, the crowd filled-in very nicely and the place was packed by the second set. Thanks to all who worked the dance floor, shaking your stuff. We look forward to the next gig there!
